The staffs willingness to explain policies even if I was confused about certain actions.

Then I got to the room itself and, after seeing the presumed previous guest's old food bowl just sitting on the desk, not even properly thrown away, I also couldn't even turn the TV on since my room, SOMEHOW, had the wrong remote in it. The bed, while comfortable, wasn't made, and also had a bunch of weird debris or something in it as if no one had cleaned it since the last guest left. I came to find out on my second-to-last night that the laundry room was out of service for pretty much the entire time I was staying there and apparently the soonest they could call for repairs was the day I checked out. As far as amenities go, there were basically none outside of a small bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo for the shower and a spare roll of toilet paper. There wasn't a mini fridge nor a microwave in the room, as was promised on the Hotels.com page. I will say the air conditioner worked like a charm -- when it worked. If you set it too low, the whole thing just shuts off, and half the time it won't even turn back on unless you hold the control panel in a specific way. Just an absolute disappointment from start to finish that the housekeeping staff apparently either wasn't told or just couldn't be bothered to clean up between guests. Total letdown.

The pictures are deceiving! I had an okay stay at the Motel 6, but there were some things that threw me off. Our TV was not working and there was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner when I checked into the room. There were some interesting smells in the entire building too. My room smelt almost like cat and there was a strong weed smell in the lobby. Other than that, if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay and this was your last option I would consider staying here.

The motel is kinda like 65% in the ghetto but the people there were nice. You could definitely tell that the locals were living there. If you dont care about those things then its good for the price. The room was small and the house keeping never came the 5 days i was there, so i ran out if towels and soap the 3rd day. I mean “hey” if you just need a roof over your head while your in town for a day or two not bad and also its 20 ish minutes from everything

I reached there at 12 o’clock night and they gave me room which was not clean and air conditioning was also not working. There was some smoking smell in all the property. I would never recommend this place to anyone it’s better to sleep in car rather than this place.

It's kind of cigarette smoke chamber
-
The smell of weed and cigarettes! The audacity to have no smoking plaques all over the room is ridiculous
-
Had to wait two days for our rooms..Suppose to be smoke free smelled like nothing but cigarettes weed... Never got pur refund an we cleaned our room..do not recommend staying there..
-
Room smelled, no mini fridge and no hot water

I don't like their customer service. After I called to ask them to reverse the charge to my credit card that was erroneously made after I cancelled within the required timeframe, the hotel failed to help me resolve the issue.

Great view. Nothing.

Arrived earlier in the day informing the manager that we would be a late check in for that day and if we can get in early or get written down at late check in as to not lose rooms. She stated that was fine and she will assign the room. Later that night come to check in all rooms were given away and no room for us. Was given no direction on why they filled our rooms or anything. Then proceeded to tell us to find somewhere else as they were packed.

They rejected us at the counter and charged me money for nothing. They rejected us at the counter and charged me money for nothing.

This was by far the worst place i have ever stayed at the shower didn’t work the AC was out in the whole building during a major heat wave the shower was caked in black junk and tv didn’t work was a faded back screen and remote wouldn’t even work for it i had booked for 6 nights and had to check out early have 1 it was so bad

I liked literally nothing about this place. It's a terrible hotel. Everything. The front desk girl couldn't have been any less bothered like, you could tell she didn't want to be there. The door for the first room she gave us wouldn't open and she didn't believe us so she had to come see for herself. The whole building smells like people just pee wherever. In the hallways, in the room. It's gross. The floors are so dirty that when i took my shoes off and walked around the room for a minute, the bottom of my feet were black. Like, i expect this from a $40 hotel but this place was $75 with an additional $75 deposit. What do you need the deposit for? You guys clearly don't care about the state of things. This place should just be shutdown and demolished. For real. I was so grossed out that we found an alternative place to stay for the night. I mad that I'm out the money i spent on this place but now i know where not to go.
