Really enjoyed staying here as everything was easy and hotel was quiet, clean and room very comfortable. Rooms spacious too and lovely bathroom with good lighting! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Nothing!

Not sure who is at fault but booking.com shows in room details that the rooms have a mini refrigerator. This is very misleading because it is NOT a refrigerator but a "Chiller" which looks exactly like a mini fridge but without a cooling mechanism. It does not refrigerate food and will keep already cold items cool for a short time. We selected this hotel because it listed the refrigerator and we had medicine requiring refrigeration. This information may be critical for some guests and should be corrected.

nice staff I think my room had bed bugs or something the showers have a strange sticky layer on the ground, very unpleasant

We had a bit of trouble the hotel checked in the wrong people under our name, which meant 5 of us had to leave to go to a hotel nearby. Infairness 'Peter' the receptionist looked after us with free drinks, taxis, free breakfast, fair play to him as having 20 lads turn up to the hotel at 21:00 slightly drunk can't have been easy, so for that thank you.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere, central to the train station and other public transport - especially convenient for day trips. Safe friendly and the hotel clean. Perfect for a couple of days in Bristol that include day trips to Bath etc.
