Location, clean, attention to detail, cokkie and free drink for our anniversary was lovely thank you, breakfast was fab too! Just to note shower overflowed onto floor due to design, I'm sure this may cause issues with the flooring at some point

Proximity to Bristol Meads station, comfortable bed Filthy carpet in entrance, elevator. Staff were pleasant but didn’t go the extra distance. We arrived early evening after travelling all day and wanted advice regarding eateries etc nearby. “There are plenty “ was the response without any attempt to indicate the best area to visit. Shower was blocked so risked flooding the floor as well as being unhygienic.

The location was superb. Very friendly reception staff with the added bonus of warm cookies on arrival. Lovely breakfast in a great setting.

Close to train station, bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast room snd breakfast were great. No fridge in the room.

Second stay here, nice sized rooms, friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast options. Will continue to use this hotel for future visits to Bristol. Only downside is that the rooms would benefit from having a small refrigerator.
