Value for money and good atmosphere. Shower soap empty on arrival and bar staff inexperienced with an odd choice of glasses for liquers, neither of which mattered or spoilt the overall very good experience.

The older receptionist I spoke to on Monday the 13th at around 11 a.m. was quite stern and spoke to me as though I could not understand English. There was also confusion about a £20 parking fee, as I had been told at check-in that I only needed to enter my registration number. A polite explanation and apology would have been appreciated.

Fantastic hotel with an incredible fine dining restaurant.

Decent size rooms, bar area nice Area the hotel is ,located in feels very rough, didn’t feel safe to walk around Had to change room as hairs in bed

Pay extra for parking, not on website.

Attractive interior, spacious rooms Staff not very welcoming on arrival and no better on departure - I had to press for basic information and wasn’t asked whether I enjoyed my stay. I also requested my room be cleaned but it wasn’t.

The room was comfortable and clean. I had difficulty getting to the hotel as there were roadworks that confused my route.

Rooms clean. Bathroom great. Breakfast was good. Quite warm in room even with air con.

Very clean with really nice staff. Our room was an upgrade which was very spacious and comfortable Parking was an extra charge but only 11 spaces for the hotel we were directed to park outside which wasn’t very tidy plus we felt our vehicle was not overly safe there

The hotel is lovely. Car park isn't massive, but we were lucky enough to get a space. Great WiFi. The location is really bad and let's the hotel down. We were looking for somewhere to have food with a 3 year old in tow. Didn't want to move the car in case we couldn't park upon return. The bit of the town centre we were closest too wasn't great. No obvious places to eat an evening meal. A few intimidating groups of people. Not the hotels fault, but would put me off of returning.
