The view onto the river was very nice. Breakfast was good, and we had a good meal at the restaurant. We did not love the design style, it was functional but not really that special.

Room was nice, not noisy, it was on the river side and on 4th floor. We had no breakfast but walked by the river towards centre and had breakfast there. Location was very nice.

Some staff members did not react in the highest level, different situations, check-in, breakfast.

+ great location at the river close enough to walk into city center + modern, clean rooms and comfortable beds + reception staff is very friendly and highly professional - you have to put out a sign if you want your room cleaned, this policy does not suit a 4 star hotel - many signs posted on what to do and not to do - empty mini bar in rooms, you are asked to pick up snacks and drinks at front desk - currently a system interface is somehow broken and you cannot charge food or drinks to your room, this will hopefully be fixed soon - one side of the hotel has a railway track next to it leading to a railway bridge

We think the hotel has nice price/quality ratio. Fast service. We asked for quiet room and our request was fulfilled — no extraneous noise reached our river view top floor room. Breakfast variety was very good and there is useful reminder about restaurant occupation in the morning hours in the elevators. Spacious bathroom. We also liked top floor sauna with river view. Pillows were somewhat difficult to rest on — too dense.

none In the check in they said that its a very five star hotel and they need to have 200 eur deposit. When I went to my room I saw that there was a another door in the middle of room. I try to open it it open- and there was another person's room and he was sleeping! Thats a huuge incident! I called them and let them know, they said that they will lock it and they did but If I did not find out personally that door I may have a huge incident while I was sleeping as a 30 year old single woman staying there?!!

Beautiful large windows with great view in the room, friendly stuff, parking nearby. Very nice breakfast with a lot of choice and person cooking omelettes live. The pillow was very flat and could be improved. There vere some (blood?) stains on the bath robe and towel. The spa is just a sauna.

Great location. Lovely 10 minute promenade walk into city. Tram stop by hotel. Large room with waterfront view. Lovely dinner in restaurant. Parking next to hotel in secured parking lot. Lighting in room was a little dark.
