This hotel is a historic hotel high on a hill. It has two floors. There is not AC or an elevator. Someone at the desk can help with luggage , if needed. We were able to get an upgraded room because we had requested to be changed to the first floor when we found out there was no elevator. The staff was very accommodating. They also have a free shuttle that will take you into Breckenridge and pick you up. It was very convenient!

My room was in the basement which sucked. No elevators! But it was super clean! The AC made a ton of noise and I had to turn it off. I called twice about it and told front desk in the am. They never offered any type of resolution nor discount or any type of recoop from the issue. I mean it was super loud!! Something was def wrong. And I like to sleep cold! So it affected me a lot!

Check in was challenging. We were staying at the property due to a wedding and the check in and wedding were at the same time. We ask if we could check in 30-60 minutes early and the only options were presented were way early check in for extra cost. The front desk was able to help us when we arrived at 3:30 even though they said our room was not ready, but it was just frustrating.

Beautiful location surrounded by beautiful mountains. Hotel decorated nicely. Room very comfortable with wonderful view. Restaurant was very nice. A bit of a drive from downtown but well worth it Check in was a frustration. Several parties were still waiting for their rooms to be ready well after the 4pm check in time.

I liked that they honored the free breakfast Expedia told me I was getting. I got vouchers for delicious breakfast. I liked the free shuttle to town. I loved the views from our room and from the restaurant.
