Château Élan is a beautiful property and perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway! The staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive. We enjoyed the spa, pool, delicious food, bike rides, and walking the trails around the property. There was so much to do, and the beautiful scenery made the stay even more relaxing. I was a little disappointed that we didn’t get a chance to visit the winery since it was closed on Monday, but that gives us a reason to come back. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Château Élan!

They claim rest and relaxation and “an experience that exceeds your expectations“. We check in at 1pm and go to our to put on swimsuits. Flush toilet and it starts running over with standing water on the floor. We call maintenance, sit there wait 20-30 minutes without show. We go to pool because missing out on our day. At 6pm we go to room and toilet is fixed but no one cleaned up the water! Call housekeeping. At 10pm as we’re getting in the bed the fire alarm goes off and we are told to evacuate. 10 minutes later it’s a false alarm. Good luck returning to room with only 1 elevator. I drop keys in box next morning to check out at 10am. At noon I get an email with my receipt and there is an almost $50 charge for a restaurant there I never even visited! I called spoke with Jasmine, gave her my timeline of events and where I did eat to prove that was not my charge. She said she would look into and call me back. It’s now the NEXT DAY and still no response. Now tell me what about any of this “exceeds expectations “ and it’s completely ruined my $250 massage because I and not relaxed after all this. Terrible experience for a $500 room if you ask me.

Great place to visit for a few days. Onsite winery. You can drink wine in a field of grapes. The versatile restaurant and Irish pub have great food. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome.

Dinner was good They charged me 110$ for room service but did not provide me a Receipt during checkout. I Called the billing department several times and left a message, no one picked up the phone or returned my call.

Spa services were very expensive and did not meet my wife's expectations. Masseuse did not perform massage for the alotted time purchased (50 minutes purchased, but only 40 minute massage). Also, environment was loud at times due to other guests not respecting the "tranquil" environment and staff not caring to address the disturbance. Chateau golf course was a well maintained course. I thoroughly enjoyed a round of 18 holes and had no bad experience. Wine Tour and tasting was good but maybe too pricey. Apparently they do free tours everyday, but without a tasting. I recommend the free tour and spending the money on tasting multiple bottles for what you can save on the price of the tour/tasting.

Chantel Elan was a wonderful property - especially for celebrating an anniversary! The staff were wonderful, accommodations were top notch, food was delicious. Especially enjoyed our time at the winery! Highly recommend!

Sunday and Monday most things are closed. If they are open they close early.

I believe that the management should spend one night in one of their rooms and fix all of the short comings. It is a shame because the rooms were very large and nice. They could spend 2 nights of what they charge for the room and make it fantastic.
-
After changing rooms, we had an excellent corner suite. I was surprised that a hotel this nice does not provide glassware for the bathrooms or for drinking the wines and other beverages in offered in the room.

11% Service fees added to breakfast with two people dining at the Fleur de Lis for breakfast.

If you haven't gone to the Chateau, and is thinking about going, you'll not be disappointed.

Our stay at Château Elan was more than we could have hoped for. The amenities were wonderful. The room was comfortable and well appointed and the food at four of the six restaurants we tried was truly amazing. Our time at the spa was relaxing, and one of the best massages we have had. The serene atmosphere of the spa was so calm and peaceful. All staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire resort and we look forward to another stay at your beautiful chateau in the near future.

Staff was amazing and greeted us every time we walked in. Also we had a corner room that overlooked the pool, that was awesome. I would recommend this to any and all who are celebrating their wedding anniversary or any other occasion.

Beautiful grounds and facilities. Paper thin walls and listening to adjacent room guests talking, not even yelling. Evacuation alarm at 4 am was not enjoyable.

Everything was good except the air in the room really didn't cool the room down ave I had it at its lowest. Other than that it was very nice
