The stay was great, the staff was nothing more than exceptional but I had 2 issues. 1 the mattress on the bed was sinking in so I could not get good sleep. 2 the people above me were so loud at 11 at night. It sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. I didn’t complain because we were leaving the next morning Mattress Disturbance above me.

The dripping water into the floor drain was very noisy. We closed all doors and could still hear it. The fan in the elevator was not on and very stuffy.

It was a comfy bed and the room was lovely! We loved the full kitchen and bedroom! When we booked, we didn't know the hotel would be remodeling and the pool was not open. There was no vending machines that we could find. There was no restaurant on site. After check in, they filter you over to another desk for a parking ticket. Conveniently so another employee could pitch the Hyatt Loyalty thing. We kinda had noi idea what it was so we agreed to the presentation. We looked it up online once we got to the room and decided we wanted nothing to do with a hotel timeshare, or essentially- an over priced hotel HOA. No thank you. I called the desk to cancel. They called us and hounded us 3 separate times. Felt like they were watching us as we decided we were done, packed up and they had already made their way to our room to leave a door hanger offering addition extras to go to the presentation. We didn't even stay for the pre purchased stampede show. We will never book with Hyatt again.

Ncomfortable

The quiet location of the Redbud was wonderful. We enjoyed the balcony and the total home like feeling. Also, we like Netflix. So glad we could login in. We will definitely rebook near Christmas. Thank you. Everything was great. We can't find a reason not to like the location nor the unit.

Didn't get a chance to tour other units without sign up for 1.5 hrs

The location is perfect. Secluded but close enough to all of the attractions. Everything was great! :)

Clean. Nice kitchen. Bed sloped towards the headboard. Only one 16” towel rack in bathroom and it was in the shower so the towels would get wet if you hung them there. No place else to hang towels. Fortunately there were only two of us staying there. Bottom rail on rocker on deck was about ready to fall off. Could be dangerous. These matters were addressed with the management.

Pool is not open till the fall! Stove broke while we were in the middle of cooking. Maintenance said the outside grill worked and it did not.

The room Nothing

I chose this location for a November stay based on the advertised indoor pool complex. I booked short-notice, so my booking was non-reundable. After I booked it, I received an email stating the pool was closed. I immediately called (twice) to confirm and was told the pool WAS open and would be available from 9AM to 10PM. When I arrived, I was told the pool was closed. I had three very disappointed children! Needless to say, I was stuck with an over-priced room and had to go spend more money elsewhere to entertain them. Disappointed in The Lodges at Timber Ridge and in Booking.com.

Unexpected “Resort Fee”!

The layout is great. I liked having the option of closing the door to the bedroom. If someone is napping, the other person can still use the kitchen and restroom . They don’t have smart TVs so we couldn’t cast Netflix etc at night. If we had known that we would have stayed elsewhere. A recent injury kept me from participating in nighttime shows and venues away from the condo. We streamed movies on our iPhone. (Not fun) The pool is closed until 2026. HOWEVER they contacted us Several times to be sure we knew. I appreciated that.

I liked the 7pm smores, and the pond, I also thought the bed was comfy. The shower head and pressure was a positive part of the stay. I didn't like that booking website falsely advertised the stay here. It wasn't until completely booked it read the words in big print saying important notice, that all water activities at the location were being renovated so they couldn't be used. Not at all the workers fault by any means. I also didnt like that the beds have no sort of all around mattress protector, also behind the bed had never seen a vacuum. But also I understand most the time its a hassle, and you have to flip a room quick. The pull out couch had stains that were questionable but, what hotels couch isn't.

The location was nice. The pool was closed, which was the only reason why I booked this hotel. The warning label on the website for the pool being closed was so small, I didn’t even notice it. They said if I came to an open house and toured the facility I could receive money for the pool being closed, but as I was on vacation and had plans, I didn’t have time to spend hours touring a hotel for compensation money. The room smelled like mildew. I tried calling the front desk 6 times before getting an answer. Tried booking the escape room but it was fully booked. On top of all that, they sent me a text message asking to clean the entire hotel from before we left. Take all the sheets off the bed, take out the trash, run the dishwasher. Which wouldn’t have been an issue but when all other amenities were so awful, the customer service being awful. It was just icing on the cake for a ridiculously expensive bad stay at a hotel.

We loved everything. I Nothing.

It was in a quiet location. The property was just too small. The living room area had a couch with the tv over the table. We felt it was not near the space we generally received at Stonebridge. We were told that someone would clean every other day. No one came by to even pick up the trash.

It was very close to all of the main attractions Cleaning was only offered one day during our stay instead of every day.

Our Villa was lovely

We liked the fact that the rooms were some distance away from the Branson strip and that it was quiet. These are Timeshare units that are rented out for short stays with a kitchenette and washer and dryer along with a small balcony. We didn't like the cramped parking spaces when we came back at night. Often, we had to park at a distance to find room for our Silverado 2500 truck. The area is quite dark at night as well.
