Location location location

The property wasn’t bad. It wasn’t what I expected to be either. The air conditioner is my room was horrible. I could tell the difference when I went to my other family members room and their rooms felt great. The air conditioner got changed and it was still hot. We had to go buy fans.

Breakfast was good and staff in breakfast area were fantastic, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast was good. And the team members in the breakfast area were very friendly. Nothing really looked like the pictures. The pictures must have been taken when it was remodeled many many many years ago. The rooms were musty and old. One of the rooms had spiders, crickets and some other little bug. Door keys rarely worked and had to get new keys or have them rekeyed often. Yes, we did keep them away from cell phones and other devices. Some the front office staff were not aware of Best Western points. For a Best Western this was a complete disappointment. I did book this through Booking.com. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and one family in the group had to leave. So far I've been unable to get any type of refund, even though I had insurance. Best Western staff state there is nothing they can do since we booked it through Booking.com. Don't allow your rooms to be booked through a 3rd party if you can't provide any type of service to the customers that go there.

Very helpful and responsive team through the check-in process. Helped us change to adjoining rooms right before our stay. Everything was great, and very friendly staff and cleaning crew!

Easy check in, super clean room and the AC worked wonderfully! They even gave us a late check out, which was much appreciated. No complaints!

The location was perfect especially if you are going to the Clay Cooper theater !!! The breakfast was delicious ! The pool and hot tub were pristine !! Definitely a must stay !!
