Room is spacious and clean. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is regular hotel meal and airconditioning, no problem.

The staff were amazingly helpful and the room was great.

Everything was convenient restaurants, stores and the beach. We loved our room very spacious. Hoping next visit we could be on the 1st floor. No pictures will take on next visit. Every place allowed to check out at 12. Felt rushed to get out.

Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill.

booking.com's list of ammenities was a little off as it listed a bar,restaurant,in room safes etc. which was misleading as to what is available.

Only 15 min away from Coquina beach. Lots of restaurants near by and a Walmart next to it.

Air conditioning worked great, and we were able to sleep at the temperature that we loved. The hotel was full during the weekend that we were there.However our room was very quiet and peaceful!
