Lovely setting, delightful host. Entry a bit difficult (road to driveway)

Very clean and comfortable. An excellent place to just chill and relax. One of my favorite places. That I couldn’t stay longer.

Fantastic quiet location with incredible views, relaxing pool and overall charm. Carlo is a fantastic host with lots of great information. Eating breakfast outside each morning was a great way to start the day.

Perfect selection for a healthy breakfast, with vegan friendly options. Outstanding view from the conservatory. Charm and elegance combined with comfortable bed, outstanding shower, good coffee and tea, juices, cereals, fresh cheese, cured ham, fruit, cakes, cookies, preserves and much more. A special thanks for the soothing music played in the breakfast room!

Beautiful farmhouse with character but fully updated with modern facilities—clean modern rooms, big bathroom with good water pressure etc. Everything was good (for people with large pieces of luggage it may be a problem to go up a lot of stairs, but we had no issue)

The structure is amazing, it seems to be in the belle epoque! Monica is a super kind and very very nice person. Great breakfast, amazing place!

Great hospitality and welcoming attitude from the Host. Proactive information was sent in advance, about the drive in details (including a video) - that was extremely useful. Premises are very elegant , newly renovated.

Nice decor, comfy bed. No hot water when we arrived. Resolved quickly but annoying!

it was a beautiful journey to a historical place where the owner told us many interesting facts about the family house, the city of Bra and its region. The atmosphere enchanted us completely. The owner personally served us breakfast which was delicious and all this accompanied by delicate music which emphasized the beauty and history of this place. We would have loved to stay longer and have listened more stories told by Carlo about the great times of Bra region.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous place. The host was kind and attentive! Highly recommend for a great getaway!

What a kind hospitality!! We were really impressed. Big (bath) room. Every 2 days cleaning of the room and clean linen. Breakfast outsite on the terras in the shade. Well catered. Big swimming pool. And !!! What a kind people, the whole family. I don't know.

Very good pool size for the amount of rooms. Tea, coffee and some snacks are always available. Fridge is available for use. Nice and friendly staff.

Lovely staff, lovely views from the beautiful mansion-like property which is "on top of a hill" overlooking Bra and the surrounding mountains. The pool looked amazing but was not open due to horrible weather during our short stay. Be aware that the property is located on a TINY road and a bit outside the city centre with limited transportation options (there are probably taxis available).

Beautifully located on top of a hill at the edges of Bra. 5 Min drive to the town center. No problem for riding a bike. Breakfast is very much italian, with little selection of fruit, veg and cheese plus a danish. Since the town is the origin of slow food with its university, there is so much to sample and taste in the local cafes and shops that you need space for it. Everything was perfect and authentic
