Room and all the facilities were very clean! The food at the restaurant was delicious! I think it's a shame that the SPA was not included and I found 60euros for 50 minutes waaaay to much expensive. Breakfast good but can be better :)

Location the setting I believe some rooms need renovation

The location was convenient, close to where I had my business meetings. The area was quiet, which I liked. The room size was good, and the bathroom was clean with a proper water temperature. What I didn’t like was that the AC was not cold enough. The breakfast was poor and limited in options. The room didn’t meet my expectations, and there was no coffee machine available

It’s a beautiful property! The breakfasts were excellent. There was no iron or ironing board to use in the room. They sent up a steamer that didn’t work well and they needed it back right away.

The staff were very welcoming, especially the ladies at the reception (thank you!), the room was bigger than expected, the spa is very well presented. The biggest disappointment was the e-bike rental experience. The hotel uses a company called Roero e-bikes. The chain on one of the bikes was completely off when we came to collect the bikes. The owner of the bike rental company then accused us of breaking his bike and kept insulting us by email days after. Instead of enjoying a precious sunny day on the bikes, we were left with a pointless argument with this guy. The hotel should really reconsider using this service in the future.

The place is really nice all around it and I think it is more gorgeous in the summer than in the winter. The room was spacious and clean, the view was great and we enjoyed the bathroom with the bathtub with bubbles. The wine bar was amazing (of course given the region) and the breakfast was okay I honestly didn’t love the fact that you had to pay extra for the spa. We actually were looking for a place with a spa for a New Year’s Eve weekend and it was quite disappointing. Especially cause the price of the room for two nights wasn’t exactly cheap and we wanted to treat ourselves. In the description on booking we did not read that you needed to pay extra so that was a bit sad. Also the dinner for New Year’s Eve was good but not really worth the price. Overall the place is nice, but pricey and not worth what you are paying for.

Historical buildings, nicely renovated Very calm. Comfortable room A free parking space They have a historical building but the dinner was in a ugly tent, also the breakfast was in this tent, although they have a very nice place to do the breakfast outside or in the historical building. This place is made for events. Dinner was below all expectations.

The place is beautiful & the staff is the kindest you could possibly find. Moreover, don’t miss the chance to try the restaurant (slow food preside) and their wine selection! If it can be considered a “minus”, the little fountain in the garden attracts many mosquitos (even though it is pretty normal, considering that the venue is completely surrounded by nature), so don’t forget to put on the mosquitos repellent

We have visited the property before- we liked its historic background and it was excellent for our 3 dogs. We would prefer not to have a mezzanine room another time, although it was lovely in some ways, as my husband had difficulties going down the stairs to the bathroom during the night.
