clean large room There were 2 reservations on file, even though I had previously cancelled one, I was charged anyway!! Was told they couldn't do anything about it because it was made through a 3rd party. Only one chair in room. When we asked if we could get another one, or use one from the dining area, were told it was a fire hazard.

Staff at check in were amazing. Family suite was clean and comfortable and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrible establishment

Jen the mgr was great! Limited bfast options and limited seating space. No soft pillows in our room. Only three firm ones per queen bed. Sore neck for my son ! I!

Although not upgraded or renovated, this hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly, out of their way to help. The pool was a tremendous plus for the kiddos and was kept up very well. Easy access to and from eateries and freeway.

The rooms were terrible. Carpet was dirty, The beds were too soft and the pillows were hard as rock. When we were going to check in a motorcycle was in the outside foyer area blocking us from driving in. He was visiting the desk clerk. When we came to check in he followed her and stood there. Made me feel very uncomfortable. He then left and drove off. How inconsiderate of him to block a customer from parking to check in. It was not pleasant to stay there.

Clean room. Quick drive to downtown Ground floor room had two door access so getting luggage and dogs in and about was a breeze No elevator

Great people, great facility.

The staff greeted and were really friendly. The breakfast was good. The waffles and eggs and sausage and were excellent. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. They had a pool with a cool water slide. That was so fun. I would love to stay again. This is also an easy access to Yellowstone Park.

Great location to get to places we needed to get to in Bozeman. Staff were all great. The water pressure was pretty abysmal! Definitely an older hotel that could use some updating but worked great as a landing place for nights!

Good location, walking distance to Mexican restaurant and Mc Donald’s , Few minutes drive to Walmart . Lots of parking. Breakfast is ok . Friendly staff .
