Super 8 by Wyndham Bowling Green North

Jordan was extremely pleasant and made our late night stay amazing.

The place is very run down and dirty. Ceiling had dirt/mold around the air vents. The plaster was falling off the walls. The pool was closed until further notice. The room smelled musty. The check in girl was rude. It was not this way 3 years ago when we stayed there.

Price Old unkept overgrown landscape. Trash in parking lot. Dirty carpets. Mold and or mildew in shower. Tiny beds. Breakfast was a joke.

Trying to think No pool. No hot tub. Two towels sets. Furnituings and drapes in bad shape. Nice on the outside lacking inside

Mold above shower...TV was not user friendly- ended up not watching it. Thermostat stick on cool- for veto cold over night

The comforter was comfy The pool and hot tub were closed and that was the main reason we booked the hotel, we didn't get told until the next day. Also the room we booked was sopossed to have a microwave and did not have one

Mold, TV not working pool and spa unusable outlets with no covers. Rude staff etc....

Did not actually stay here after getting on property. Place was visibly dirty with several broken or obviously poorly repaired items. Staff was not helpful or understanding. There was a note on the nightstand labed "Tips here" Pool and hot tub were also broken. Did not feel it was safe to stay here.

I love this hotel. It’s clean, good breakfast, Jordan (front end girl) was absolutely amazing.

It was disgusting as soon as we walked we in the wood floors were buckled completely coming apart. The girl at the front desk was so rude and obnoxious. I booked it because there was a pool and hot tub right off the bat she said both were broken. The hotel room was disgusting and smelled horrible. There was mold and broken fixtures in the bathrooms mind you I reserved 2 rooms: I know the cost was cheap but no 7 star rating it’s disgusting.

Front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional.

I do not have any complaints.

Terrible not diabetic friendly at all Pool and hot tub broke ..... staff rude ... didn't speek English well

The hot tub looked like it needed a good bleach cleaning.

Didn't have a chance to like anything, as she wouldn't allow me to check in, or change the dates of my trip. She was to busy getting railed in the room behind the counter.... Which was made very apparent by her disheveled clothes when she did finally come to the front counter. Accesorized by little white spots all over her black dress. Also, she was intoxicated on something. Profiled my boyfriend and me assuming that we were "douche bags", talked about her feminine cycle at least 3 times over a 15 minute period, and then told us to leave. She then called the cops.... For absolutely no reason

Room smelted extremely musty , couldn’t get smell out of room even with a lot of air freshener spray

Clean room. Great location for conference I was attending. Breakfast was convenient grab & go type foods (not meat & eggs breakfast).

The night we were there neither the pool nor the hot tub were open. The elevator was also out of order. The laundry room was convenient and deterrent was available at the front desk for $1.

The elevator was not working I’m handicap had to go up a flight of stairs that I like to never made it soda machine was not working pool was not open that’s why I went there the sheets were not clean I didn’t know that till the next morning I will never go back to there
