Embassy Suites by Hilton Bowling Green

Breakfast was extensive. Lots and lots of carbs. wish there were unsweetened yogurt and chicken sausage for people who are avoiding sugar and pork. It is a beautiful facility and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and sheets are soft. Maid service: they brought towels but did not make the beds or tidy the bathroom. Could have used another blanket besides the one intended for the sofa bed. This isn't really a complaint, just a comment: it is so funny that hotels like this never seem to think of what the view is when you look out the window of your room. In a place like Kentucky - it would have been nice to have - at least on maybe one side of the hotel - a view of the beautiful hills and blue grass we could see in the distance. But instead - it is just more ugly buildings/parking lots. I mean this is not a big city where you don't expect much of a view. It might be something Embassy Suites by Hilton could consider for future locations.

The only issue we had was a bad experience with the independent, on-site steakhouse.

Breakfast was best I’ve ever had, the hotel was comfortable and amazing. The beds were probably my favorite Hotel beds. I will definitely be staying here again! We loved it so much I’m planning to stay otw back from our trip

Breakfast was good I think there was some thing for everyone We reserved a king size bed and got queen for the price we paid was not happy about that when I ask the front desk the girl said I must of run out of king

Breakfast was not great, however if you get the made to order omelette, that isn’t bad. Hot tub in pool area would’ve been nice, or slightly heated pool. Everything else aside from this and breakfast was absolutely excellent!

Loved the breakfast buffet. People working the buffet were wonderful. Pool was great and loved the warm towels. Our room setup was fantastic for our family. Air conditioning didn’t work great at night - room got a little warm. Also our bathroom fan wasn’t working.

We had an amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. The property is beautiful and maintained pristinely. The breakfast included in the room charge is probably the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel! I have only positive things to say and would love to stay here again!!
