I enjoy the air conditioning in the room. Responsiveness of the staff at the desk. Nothing

The room is clean but very small to put your belongings even for 2-3 days. The breakfact is very good. The staff is very polite and helpfull. The size of the room. The airconditioning that blows all the night on us.

Great surprise in an lively Paris neighborhood
-
It has a few groceries around, and the metro station is just 1 minute from the hotel. Separate thanks for the phone charging cables — we forgot ours. Maybe only the location - you have to spend 30 minutes to go to the center.
-
Work in progress in the hotel. Although there was no noise I decided to skip breakfast at the hotel

The location and room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I look forward to seeing the finished remodel. The treats in the afternoon with the tea were very nice. No coffee in the room. You have to provide good coffee.

Staff could be a little more informed about the surrounding area (e.g. they didn't know any nearby bakery).

Everything was wonderful

I really liked everything during my stay. The room was great - a little bit small, but still very comfortable. The breakfast was super, and the hotel itself was very nice, modern, and cozy. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Also, I want to mention something very important: my colleague accidentally left an iPad in the room after check-out, and when we called the hotel, they found it and saved it for us in the reception for two days. Not everyone does this, and we truly appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. The only thing I would channge is the location - it would be great if the hotel were in the city centre.

Extremely helpful front desk and pleasant cleaning staff. And the balcony was perfect!

Booked it to stay close to the Rock En Seine music festival. Helpful staff, nice room and hotel facilities, AC, daily cleaning, close to the park where the concert was held, yet also to the metro station to get to central Paris. The mattress is way too soft and uncomfortable. No noise isolation: at first we got a room on the 2nd floor but after a failed siesta (due to noise, probably from cleaning in the room above us) we were moved to the top floor (4th). There it was much quieter.

Rooms are pleasant and by French standards, not too small. I like that the doors do not slam shut. Bathroom is nicely appointed with room for our toiletries. This is our 3rd stay here and overall for Paris, it is a good value. I wish there was a mini fridge. I don't see the point of the little "bar" area where supposedly you can buy a glass of wine if it never works and is never refilled. Breakfast is a little expensive - after telling us that the water would be shut off for 5 or 6 hours the next day during our stay, it would have been nice to compensate for this unfortunate news with a complimentary breakfast.

Everything was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. Also the stuff did their best to make us grateful! Many ma

Fantastic location, close to transport and to city center. Easy parking even if hotel parking is full. It would be nice to have a drop area in front of hotel. As of now the only way is to use reserved taxi spots and have to deal with annoyed taxi driver while unloading the car.

The room was great—normal-sized (but spacious by Paris standards), with blackout curtains, very comfortable beds, and good air conditioning. The breakfast wasn’t great; it didn’t include any vegetables, and the omelet wasn’t tasty. Additionally, the cleaning crew turned off the air conditioning while cleaning, so the room was hot when we returned.

Terribly expensive for the offerings. Rooms way too small for the price.
