The staff were amazing especially the young man from Mexico who was there on Friday 24 July in the day was very polite and courteous and very welcoming and friendly just what every Hotel needs the bathroom was not very clean and hair in bath tub and on toilet seat

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was no steamer for straightening clothes and there was no 24 hour room service food options.

We stayed there for two nights and i can say it was a very nice hotel and very clean also the staff are very kind and helpfuly. We also tried the breakfast and it was delicious and there are alot of options where you can choose from. I definitly re commend this hotel.

A free upgrade and and extension to my check out time Nothing other than the fact I had a coffee machine but no coffee pods to use for it, I’m sure I could of rang reception if I was that concerned about it though
