Super cute place. Very low-key and outdoorsy vibe. The staff were super nice, and loved the little bar with tap beers they have, plus outdoor hang-out area with fire pits. And love they have a laundry machine. Bed was comfortable, and the room overall was lovely and clean. Annoying to not have a fridge or microwave in the room.

Loved the 1 night stay near campus. We walked to dinner and hung out by the fire.

Convenient location to Folsom Field.

The location of the *motel* made it easy to walk around. The rooms had no refrigerator or microwave. The water pressure in our shower was very, very weak. My partner and I tried to share one bed, but it had a huge divot in the middle and made it hard to sleep there without rolling into the middle of the bed like a taco.

My new favorite adventure stay when I visit my daughter in Boulder.

I love its unique style and comfort. Its location to CU campus and great coffee and bagels at wood grain is my fave The property fits my style and I love it all

Very good

Very convenient to downtown Boulder and CU campus. Lots of useful amenities—laundry, cookies (), and a common area to hang out and enjoy a drink. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful.

Great location & nice staff. Basic motel style accommodations.

Checkout process subpar - hotel was closed for 30 mins when I got there at 9. Rooms need to be better maintained

The friendly staff, very clean rooms, and being in a good location added to our positive experience. It was nice and quiet in the evening. There was a steady leak in the sink faucet, and we did report it to the front desk. They offered us a discount, which was kind but not necessary.

Staff was amazing, extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful! Our room was nice but smelled like chlorine because we were right next to the hot tub room but once the a/c was on the smell went away. Tap/faucet needs to be secured again. Bed was super comfy and the location is just perfect! Thank you

A bit on the funky side, but that’s up front in the descriptions so it works here. Sufficiently comfortable, great location, fun vibe (rec room with climbing wall!) excellent value. Room Facilities are aging and mid-to-low quality - acceptable for modest fare.

Superb

Location was great. Bed was okay but the quality of the linen was just average. Motel 6 amenities and layout of the room. It was an old motel with some decorative touches. Not at all what I thought it was (that is a decent quality hotel with a fun quirky theme). I didn’t like sub-par bathroom, in-wall ac unit, mediocre quality towels and linen.

Clean, peaceful, location and ear of everything. The air conditioning units were a bit noisy at night.

Location and vibe Parking was difficult for our vehicle

The location is great, and the staff is very friendly, but the place is run down and disappointing overall. I'm a bit surprised at the good reviews.
