Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston - Cambridge by IHG

L'hotel est propre et les déjeuners offerts sont très bons et variés. De plus, les gens qui travaillent lors des repas du matin sont très gentils. Le parking est petit mais sécurisé et la station de métra est très près et se fait facilement à la marche.

Besides the crazy parking fee, no complaints about this Hotel.

Good hotel but could be better. The best parts were friendly staff, location and beds.

Had the fire alarm not gone off 4-5 times in less than 8 hours, the stay would have been pleasant. One alarm even went off just before midnight, startling me out of my sleep. The staff stated that it was due to crossed wires. There was nothing done for the inconvenience. Having to evacuate the hotel and having firemen in and out every time the alarm went off was a lot. Hopefully, the issue gets resolved soon.

Hotel has memberships available to use for the nearby gym. Neither the hotel or gym are very updated but functional. Hotel has been partially updated in somewhat recent years but shows wear. Location was okay for working at MIT for a couple of weeks.

Great place

The hotel was a great find. One of the best parts was being near the Lechmere station, which allowed us Boston newcomers to get quickly to Charlestown to see the Tall Ships. The room was comfortable and the breakfast better than most hotel buffets. The staff allowed us to park a bit longer so we could venture out without moving the car. Also the hotel was surprisingly quiet considering the location along a industrial road.

Clean. Comfortable room with all needed

I was in town for the fireworks and concert at the Esplanade. Extremely convenient location!!! Couldn't find a better deal either! The bed and pillows were wicked comfortable, and coffee and breakfast was great as well.

The room was very spacious, the AC worked well to keep the room cool, the parking was great, and the limited cleaning (remake of the bed and fresh towels) was nice. Hotel was a short walk from the Lechmere T station as well as many restaurants, a McDonalds, and a supermarket. The iron and ironing board was also a nice touch. On closer inspection, parts of the room (bottom of doors, the wallpaper on walls and ceiling, the sofa) had small stains here and there. I also thought it would have been better if the fridge came with a complimentary bottle of water (it did not) and if the coffee supplies contained spoons/stir sticks (not supplied). The onsite shop was nice, but very expensive and I had to wait for staff to help me. A vending machine would be nicer in my opinion.
