Hilton Boston Back Bay

I was charged an additional 94 and 74 for the two rooms I booked after checkout. No one mentioned this fee, and when I called I was told I had a 10$ per room credit which no one told me about either. I asked to speak to management about a refund and I was hung up on. Never again

Only 2 working elevators, could wait 10mins for one. I’d expect more from Hilton. They also charge you to park after charging you $400 for a room that wasn’t even the correct room. I booked 2 doubles for 3 people and was given a king.

Everything and close enough to walk to Fenway park for the Red Sox game!

Breakfast in the hotel was very slow, but good food. I think they were short staffed.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout our Stay. We really enjoyed our Stay. The location was prime for hop on hop off bus also quick 15 min walk to fenway park.

Very clean and comfortable room. The bed and pillows gave us terrific nights' sleep. Our only complaint was that 1 of the 3 main lobby elevators was closed for repair for our entire week's stay. That caused delays during our mornings, as we had to wait for 10 - 12 minutes for a down elevator to have room for us to enter, and that was despite our room being on the 17th floor.

Not bad

I was disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm & help from the staff. Very nonchalant people. They’re not very accommodating. The bellman saw me exiting the property & did not even hold the door for me to catch it.

Exceptional

Convenient location within walking distance to many attractions like Fenway Park, Boston Public Library, Prudential Center, and Newbury Street.

Recent upgrades to the property are terrific! And they still make the best espresso martini I’ve ever had.

It’s hard to get phone service in the building so the WiFi came in particularly useful

Location was what we needed and it fit the bill I booked on booking… said my total was to be $431.77 including all taxes… when I checked out my invoice was 549.53? We charged nothing to our room. Not sure if this is a booking issue or hotel but I think it is not a very kind business practice.

Was clean Room wasn't ready,they said couple have late check out,so they gave me a different room they said was an upgrade,was not I paid for Riverview.One elevator was out of service, took forever to get to lobby from floor 22 and always a sardine ride!talked to staff they said it's been broken for over a month. Closet doors wouldn't stay closed,which has activates closet light so that stays on constantly.TV Volume goes up to47 but can bearly hear itThe room was small and not up to date.I enjoy staying at Hilton, but I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERTICULAR HILTON HOTEL!!!
