Very friendly staff. Clean room. Beds were comfortable. Only bad thing we experienced was that we heard talking every night whether it was next door or right outside.

Comfortable beds Location was less than ideal for tourists as it's directly across from a busy hospital with noise and long distances to tourist attractions. No in room coffee or water cups.

The convenience of being across the street from Tufts Medical Center. I requested a Tufts Medical Center discount and they did not comply. Also the alarm system went off and the fire department came. Since I am a recent heart transplant recipient this was not a good experience for me. Both my husband and I were both sleeping after a 7 hour journey from Maine and this scared me and made my heart beat faster…not good. It was determined it was a false alarm.

Everyone was very courteous and polite. Rose clean. Room service was on point. Breakfast was delicious. No comment

The room was large and beautiful and very comfortable! And even with Boston being very busy with the soccer and ships, the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The restaurant was very convenient and easy to get a table at, with delicious food and great wait staff. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Boston! Nothing comes to mind!

Location, right next Chinatown with many food choices. Street parking was possible. Didn’t have to use hotel valet parking. Our room was on the school side so not much ambulance noises heard. Nothing.
