Everything was dirty marks on the walls ceiling falling in no water pressure

Reason for booking was surprisingly unavailable, outdoor pool and hot tub were shut down and we did not see an outdoor fire pit. WiFi was down and no access to streaming for televisions, No breakfast provided and the onsite bar/ restaurant is shut down.

Location Room wasn’t clean, beds were a mess. No clean towels or washcloths.

There is No Breakfast At This Location. The Front End Personnels, Housekeeping, Maintenance, And Safe Parking.

Nothing good The room had an odor had to run air conditioner and bathroom fan to get rid of smell. The pool was not open. They said it had to be inspected. It looked old craklcked and green around the edges. The shower water didnt stay warm constantly. The bathroom and shower old and disgusting. Tiles on wall coming off. Toilet seat old. Shower head old and white with rust stains. Pillows small like a half a pillow. They left us with 2 bath towels and a floor towel for shower. They felt heavy like oil had been cleaned up with them. Nasty nasty place. Pics don't look the same as what you get. Restaurant not opened. The entrance to that looked nice. The hotel halls and lobby only thing that looked nice. Had room with a view....of the parking lot and highway

Room is in pretty good shape, shower worked fine, could even open the window. My bed had a slight tilt to it, but it was OK

The room was dirty bed was nasty toilet didn't work I couldn't flush it all weekend. The walls was so nasty. I will NEVER stay here again if I could get a refund i would. This place needs to be shut down.

Water pressure is shower was ok, if you were brave enough to get in shower. Old, needs major updates. Dirty. Went to use a towel after shower had dried snot on it. Only given 1 washcloth and 2 towels, even when asked for more. No hand towels.

Was very dirty, asked for a clean room & it was simply too much to ask

Didn't have any toiletries in bathroom. Toothpaste,soap,? Body wash. I bring my own. But the thought

Did not utilize. I had to clean the microwave. I had to use pads for Lowe's to seal the gaps in the door to prevent any possibility of bugs entering.

The front desk clerk was very nice. That's all I can say good about this place In total this room cost over 100$. I couldn't Hook my computer up to the television to use as a monitor. Everything was pulled out of it. I will never stay here again. The floors in the room were dirty. Safe didn't work

Mattress was uncomfortable

Constant Banging after my wife told them we’re coming, was double checking for our stuff.
