It was the mist comfortable and helpful place I've ever stayed . I will recommend and the staff were so very kind as it was so hot they ensured I had everything I needed . I was given a map and explained about transport in the city Possibly could have been nearer the main city

Quirky accommodation within a working monastic establishment Very good staff The rooms were very dormitory style and the shower and toilet were not separated meaning every time you used the shower the toilet was soaked

Safe parking for motorbikes, 30 mins walking distance into city. With the heatwave as no air conditioning in the building a fan was supplied in the room and water bottles given by reception. A nice little cafe, we ate out though. Although it was a heatwave it was extremely hot in the bedroom, hubby had to sleep on the cold floor for a couple of hours to cool down and I had lots of cool showers. The rooms felt as if they were uni student dorms. We thought we could have a glass of wine but it is a no sale/serving of alcohol building.

The property was beautiful. The garden in the back was very nice & the courtyard-view window to the room was charming. The facilities of the room were very bare, though I had no issues with this.

A warm welcome and a large, comfortable room. The location is perfect for taking the tram into the city, with the tram stop just a five minute walk away. The area is quiet but there's a very nice restaurant, MAME, close to the tram stop. Breakfast is good and it's all excellent value.

Location and the fact they have a big parking area in a very busy area in Bordeaux. The place itself is beautiful. The room was not super clean (a couple of little spiders close to the windows) and the place didn’t have AC. They have a fan that you can use but there were not many sockets to plug it in.
