The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was satisfactory, and it was easy to get to and from the airport. The liveliest parts of the city were also within walking distance. There is not much I can complain about. There was a little dust in the room, but it was tolerable. The bathroom and the toilet were separate, which might bother some guests, although I didn’t mind it.

The cleaning crew can directly open the door, kind of annoying and very intrusive
-
Friendly staff. Clean . Public transportation near by.
-
Clean and comfortable with lots of places to put belongings and luggage .

The room was comfortable, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to several tram lines so it was easy to get around Bordeaux. The location was convenient to the train station but the area was run down.
-
Convenient location to the tram into the main part of town We were there on a Friday and Saturday night. Unfortunately nearby was a music club that played loud thumping music until 1am on both nights. We could sleep and had to close window. Aircon was not activated at this time of year so we were very hot. When you travel you like to have a good nights sleep and we didn’t.

Location Too Loud when window open due to metro traffic
-
no black pepper only white pepper and more importantly no salted butter.
-
Quiet location but not far from the train station.
-
Comfortable and clean. Good for one night stay for the family. Not a 4 stars hotel. Facilities are ok but a bit run down and old. Breakfast it’s not amazing. Disappointed that restaurant doesn’t work on weekends and parking not included
-
Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. On-site parking garage. Helpful staff. Nothing
-
Shower was spilling water all over bathroom. Bathroom door was rotted, since constantly is exposed by shower spills. No hair conditioner and body lotion, towels very pure quality. Room and corridor had bed smell.
-
Nicely appointed. Welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable and convenient to the train station and sights in Bordeaux.
-
Breakfast was average, personnel in the restaurant didn't speak English. Surrounding area is good however there is no feeling of safety in the evening, had to travel by river bank.
-
Super staff, comfortable room and good location
-
Difficult to get to due to the construction nearby.
-
Close to train station The staff was very helpful and kind Everything was good

Great location and the staff was lovely. We had a toilet that didn’t work and it took almost two days to get someone there to fix it. Granted it was a weekend, but we should have been offered a new room (according to the person at the desk, they were sold out). We were not even offered a voucher for a future visit or a reduction in what we paid.
