Pretty good location; very close to a tram stop. The facility was immaculate and the staff were delightful.

Clean, comfortable bed and a good sized room. The paid parking ($18/day) garage was about 200 meters from the hotel, which that part wasn’t bad. You are required to download an app to register your car and pay. The garage tag scanner did not read our tag number as it was supposed to and we had to take a ticket to get the gate open as there was an impatient driver behind us. Upon leaving, we had to pay again to get our car out of the garage as there was no attendant to help. So parking cost us $108 for 3 days. Now it’s up to me to reach out to the garage company to get a refund.

We appreciated being able to walk to board our river cruise. Good breakfast. Overall, a pleasant stay. A bit pricey.

Heater didn’t work but staff immediately brought up portable.
-
room It could not have been better

Great location, good sized room Nothing

clean, spacious, excellent service, great location 10/10 service
-
Very good location if you’d like a nice bike ride to the center, there is not much to do in the same area tho Parking could be included in the price, plus look a little bit nicer outside and in the reception
-
Nice spacious and comfortable room which was very clean, as was the whole hotel. Staff were really polite, friendly and very attentive. Hotel has a tram stop right outside the entrance. Hotel is little further away from the town centre than other hotels, but with the tram service this isn’t really an issue. Quite a limited choice at breakfast - mainly cereals, bread etc, nothing cooked.

Great location for access to our Viking cruise ship, very good breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff, clean room. Wish the restaurant was open.

Check in and arranging to be picked up by a taxi on our departure We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open the evening we stayed. However we were recommended a very good neighborhood establishment which was excellent.

Nice location to stay before boarding river cruise in Bordeaux. Unfortunately there were no wi fi when we were staying at te hotel. They couldn't find someone to fix it..
-
Comfortable room. Easy access to hotel and Bordeaux sights via tram.

Excellent communication and customer service. Lovely room. Great location. Thank you

Big room. Clean. Big bathroom. Separate, tiny toilet. Took a while for room to warm up. Heating wasn’t great. Convenient location, but no real charm.
-
Check in; clean room; location 2 blocks from river cruise ship A courtyard versus street view would have been better

The location was quiet. The room was a good size and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size with good facilities. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, and had a very clean presentation. The furniture was of a higher quality and felt comfortable. The shower had great pressure and everything was tidy. I didn't like the fact it lacked parking directly at the hotel and no dinner options (I suppose because it was the end of the summer but their restaurant was closed)

The breakfast was below the standard of a hotel buffet breakfast and was overpriced. The Wi-Fi was very very weak in the room. It was stop and go. I lost my data in the middle of my use.

staff were very friendly on arrival. hotel was very close to the tram stop which was very convenient, although it is quite a distance from the airport , you have to change trams in the centre and get on another line to reach the hotel. room was quite spacious although view was quite disappointing, we were overlooked by another room and also from an apartment just facing. so tried to keep the curtains closed. on arrival was greeted with very friendly staff. room on first impression was nice, but on un packing realised the clean had been quite a quick one as the bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied. under the bed was grubby and hadn’t been mopped or swept, one day no bath mat was left so had to use a hand towel. so although the hotel offered an eco friendly system whereby you skipped a hotel room clean to help the environment, unfortunately we couldn’t do this as the room wasn’t clean.
