Incredibly friendly staff, wonderful from the second we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. Parking in the courtyard was convenient as well. Location also leaves nothing to be desired, inside old city, everything is walkable. We can fully recommend it!

Rooms beautifully decorated. Breakfast wonderful with all kinds of local treats. Staff super friendly and helpful with great recommendations on what to see, eat and do. Very minor. It was 36 C outside, a bit more water in the fridge and a bit of milk for the room coffee would be great.

The warm welcome we received, helping with getting taxis, advice and booking a table for us at a great Restaurant. So good we went back the next night. Breakfast was delicious and well presented. The cleanliness from the sheets, towels bathroom and everywhere was excellent. The hosts were brilliant, thank you for a great kind experience. We were happy with everything.

The staff were fantastic, Roberta and Martin were very helpful. I think Guido the owner was away but it would have been interesting to hear his story about how he developed the place. It definitely has a personal touch which is something we love. The hotel was quirky and special and wonderfully clean. The location was a slight walk out of the centre but it’s an interesting stroll and the sleep we got was peaceful and quiet. All in all … superb. Would I stay there again … definitely. Nothing

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in the university district, and most of the city centre's highlights are within a comfortable walkable distance. Breakfast was nice but choices were limited.

We liked the family history and eclectic style. The location was in walking distance from all the things we wanted to do and from the train station. Breakfast was great! All good

This is a great place, beautiful mix of history and contemporary. A perfect location for getting to everything! Martin & Roberta were brilliant, so accomodating with terrific suggestions. I would highly recommend this property. Nothing

Hotel was perfect but location a little out of the way for a solo traveller. I loved the sitting room and breakfast ws excellent Access a little difficult. Location not s good for going out in the evening

Wonderful, friendly staff - especially Roberta :) Delicious, fresh breakfasts. Great toiletries in bathroom. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable - they were very hard!

Wonderful stay - beautiful palazzo turned into a guesthouse with creative and quirky taste while maintaining its original charm! Very welcoming staff (thank you Martin) with many helpful suggestions for the area. Nice local breakfast with homemade treats!! Nothing to say here!

Everything about our stay at Casa Bertagni felt just right. The house has a unique charm, the location is perfect, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast, lovingly prepared, made us feel completely at home.

Amazing! We really like it. It's definitely a cool place to have a look around. In a room was a little bad smell. But only for me, my husband said that it was nomal.
