The hotel staffs were very kind and professional. The cleaners did a good job. The complementary breakfast was lovely. The bathtub sink cover kept locking. I had to manually open the drain cover to let water go down. Instead of forming a puddle while I took a shower.

Location, size of the room and the breakfast. Very dirty around the area of the hotel not including the hotel. The city of Bologna needs to take better pride in their city.

I had a great stay in Bologna! The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. It’s right in front of the train station, which made arriving, departing and getting around incredibly easy. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Bologna. The only thing that was just okay for me was the breakfast. It wasn’t particularly to my taste, but overall it didn’t take away from a really great stay.

Convenience to train station. Also appreciated the room upgrade to deluxe. Close to good coffee and food options and a reasonable walk to historic city centre. It was all good - wish I had a longer stay planned to use the gym and see more!

Lobby was beautiful. Rooms were large. Beds so comfy! Right across the street from train making travel easy. Hallway carpet was dirty and had bad odour. 15 minute walk to city centre.

It’s very nice feeling- modern and clean aesthetic. Right across from the train station which is convenient for coming and going with luggage of any kind. The air conditioning, that is listed as an amenity, is controlled at the front desk by staff. It turns off and on when they desire and they set the temperature. If you want it changed you must call them and hope they follow through with your request.
