The room which looks on the inner garden with the fountain in it, is super calm and relaxing with the windows open as well, in the heart of Bologna. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing and cosy in the best way possible and the staff was nice and friendly.

The lady who met us at the accommodation was very welcoming and friendly. She showed how everything worked etc and was just really lovely. Accommodation very nice. Comfy and in a lovely old building, but very modern inside with all amenities we required. Breakfast was really good, fresh melon, and cereal etc. would definitely recommend and if we come back would definitely stay here. Nothing

It was a clean, quiet, and comfortable place. We had a great stay. The breakfast was really good and completely enough.

The coziness. Also was very very clean! Location was great, downtown. The owner - a very kind gentleman who had to wait for us extra 3h due to a very heavy traffic from Milan. We would go back. We loved everything about the place. Thank u

It was clean, comfortable & relatively central. Good cold buffet breakfast. Host was not resident & so time of arrival had to be very specific. Parking was a nightmare, a7-min walk away & cost considerably more than mentioned in details. Carrying bags would have been awful.

Our second visit to the B&B 10 years apart and as our previous stay it was excellent. The owner and the ladies preparing breakfast we lovely Plenty of choice for breakfast and the accomodation is spotless We will return Thanks Terry N/A

The breakfast was a continental fresh fruit homemade cakes .coffee was in a flask on the table that . The location was excellent couldn't fault it at all There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room .I wake up early most morning and breakfast was at 8 so having the kettle in the room would have been nice. The internet was very slow

Location perfect. Lovely quiet room, very comfy bed, the staff were very kind and helpful - even did our washing for us. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

Clean, nicely furnished, homely. Only a minor issue - shower head would not stay fixed therefore had to be hand held.
