Dating back to 1375, Phi Hotel Bologna is one of Bologna’s oldest boutique hotels, in the historic city center. Very beautiful and large apartment, super clean and looks like it was just renovated. hotel staff were very helpful and nice, breakfast was great - we really enjoyed our stay! We used the hotel parking inside the ZTL with a very good experience - recommended. like all ZTL parking's in Italy its not very cheap, but super convenient. the parking itself is very very small but the hotel staff will physically guide you into the and out of the parking. Nothing really.

Great location. The restaurant connected to the hotel is excellent. A little noisy. I was on the first floor and the noise from the kitchen and eating area really carried.

Excellent experience at Phi Hotel Bologna. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional, and everything regarding parking and payment was handled smoothly. Very good breakfast, a perfect location and modern, creatively designed rooms. It is surprising how two hotels in almost the same location can offer such different experiences. After a disappointing stay at Hotel Roma, particularly because of the staff, we were a little hesitant, but Phi Hotel was the complete opposite. We would definitely return.

I really really liked this hotel. Staff were great and unerringly helpful, the breakfasts really nice and generous (loved the large wheel of aged parmesan for us to carve chunks from), and the location right next to the Piazza Maggiore made me super happy I booked it. This is a really fantastic hotel for staying and exploring Bologna. Highly recommend booking it if you are looking for a place to stay. I genuiinely really enjoyed my stay here.

The staff was very accommodating and upgraded our room. The location was really great, the AC was super cold and needed in the heat and the breakfast was very tasty in the attached restaurant. Just wish we could have stayed longer

The location, the rooms and the restaurant Breakfast was very good but unfortunately there was only one person attending to the guests and was clearly struggling resulting in them getting a bit irritated
