Room was very clean. Close to Bologna central. The main reason we booked this hotel was the proximity to the train station which was very convenient. Nothing!

The breakfast and garden was so pleasant. It was an oasis. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. The breakfast choices including many cakes were even better than anticipated. There were alternative diet choices and lots of spaces to eat breakfast. It was relaxed and professional and had an air of friendliness. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for having a chair and table to allow me to sit and plan my day with tea. Only one channel in English on the TV

The location is perfect, right opposite to the railway station, restaurants Downstairs, few minutes walk to the centre of old town.

Great location, very helpful staff/ Small noise we could not identify in our room so unable to report. Noise app on our phone masked it for sleep.

We reserved for two adults and two kids and when we arrived they told us that we only reserved for two adults and one kid. I asked to have a bigger room but they wanted to charge us for two rooms. I tried to explain there must be a mix up and to offer to pay extra for one kid. They refused and preferred to cancel my reservation. I am just grateful the cancelation was free of charge however we were left with no place to stay for the night with two young kids.

Very conveniently located in from of the train station for an early departure or late arrival or car rental pickup/dropoff. Short flight of stairs on every floor between elevator and rooms. An issue when carrying heavy luggage. Staff a bit dry.

The breakfast which contained quite healthy options was a very pleasant surprise. The bar and front desk staff was professional and the breakfast crew was exceptionally attentive, accommodating, and kind. The manager, Cristiano, works day and night and kudos to the staff he has trained to make guests' stay a very pleasant one. I was surprised to not have wash cloths in the collection of bath linens. They had every other linen (hand towels, bath towels, and bidet towels) but you were left to wash your body by hand - I've never experienced that in all my hotel stays. On a positive note, the bath and hair gel was nice.

Great value for money! The hallways leading to the rooms are a bit dirty and if you choose not to take the elevator it can be a maze to get out by the stairs.

Proximity , bed size , Carpets on hallway were dirty, room smelled maybe dust on drapes , shower water kept coming out on floor, shower had usage stains , broker mirror in corridor, walls were dirty and not retouched with some paint ,
