B&B Galleria Cavour

The location was absolutely amazing and Robert was very attentive to any of our needs or questions.

Excellent location close to everything and only 20 mins walk from train station. Modern stylish room and nice touches with drinks and snacks. Perfect.

AC was inoperable. Coffee maker was difficult to get working. Contact person/bot was unhelpful in resolving these issues.

The location was amazing!! Being inside the Galleria ensured absolute quiet…we didn’t hear a thing at night …so peaceful when we were ready to go to bed. And the AC was on point!! Offsite parking..it’s the only reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10… we had a lot of bags.. the logistics were a little stressful when we arrived. But, the host,Roberto, found me outside and helped us get the bags into the room and once that was all situated, it was smooth sailing… the A/C was top notch! And let me say the housekeeping was wonderful, Spoke good English, gave us extra coffees and snacks and towels, and it was lovely staying at a property inside the galleria/mall!! Who doesn’t wanna live next to Louis Vuitton and Gucci for a few days?

Amazing place in the very heart of Bologna. This is probably one of the few places (if not the only one) that allows you to stay in the most central area of Bologna and still in a quiet room where you can have a restful sleep. The owner has been extremely kind, welcoming, and ready to answer any question very quickly. Our rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and properly sized. Moreover, linens and towels were of very high quality. I would say without a doubt that this is where I want to stay every time I return to Bologna. In summary: - extremely kind owner - very clean and spacious rooms - right in the very heart of Bologna - very quiet - lift

his place was very nice. Location was amazing. There were 3 rooms upstairs in the mall accessible by elevator or stairs. We were in room 1. There was daily housekeeping and the room was immaculate. Waters and snacks were provided and replenished daily. The only negative about the room was the air conditioner was not turned on for the season but the fan worked well and the windows opened to allow a nice breeze in the evenings. With the windows open you do need to be accustomed to street noise. Richard was a wonderful host and very responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend B&B

Location was perfect, cleanliness was perfect, communication was great.

It was our first B/B experience. Self check in was very practical n time saving operation. The location was very central, walking distance to every where. We arrived there by car but as we needed a special permit to enter the central, had to park to a nearby garage which was suggested but the owner of the B/B where we had also had 20% of discount:) The owner welcomed us and gave us few explanations. The room was very beautifully decorated, the bed was comfy. The treats were very generous:) The owner was very related, asked us if we needed anything by contacting us. Access to the place was very easy. It's not that I didn't like but I would have preferred a little sofa to sit on :)

A hop from Maggiore, totally quiet, clean and large room, great amenities, nice cookies and a huge very comfy bed with nice linen. Personal welcome by owner, extremely friendly. Goes the extra mile!! Will make this my regular place when coming to Bologna Nothing. It’s close to perfect

This boutique hotel is in an exceptional place and is very good. I even overslept and the staff there was mindful and respected that. The room is very clean and the bed is sooooo comfortable. I highly recommend it. The fact that there was no breakfast which I advise the property to start including in the price.

Very quiet, especially since we were on the second floor of a luxury mall!

Everything Maybe the part that it is a room inside a modified apartment inside a building inside a mall with 3 rooms only - the truth that there is very high privacy but somehow it was strange for me as it is my first time to try something like (I mean B&B)

The high standard of everything in our room and great location made our visit to Bologna perfect. Roberto was very kind and most helpful and in regular contact with us. Nothing as Galleria Cavour is easy to find and a beautiful location.
