Stairs, internet, shower. Read the fine print. 2 long staircase's not just one. WIFI was spotty and not strong enough to support streaming, and slow on devices. We turned it off and had better service without WIFI. The shower sprayer was loose, so you had to hold it, and rake a one handed shower.

It was very close to the train station, very close to the old city. Very accesibile

It’s big and quiet . Strong AC great windows and natural lights The shower drainage and toilet flashing is very slow. The hallway is pitch dark after the very short timer turned off the lights.

I didn’t meet any staff which makes me feel a little unsafe and uncomfortable.

There was a dead cockroach in the spare blanket. And we found it at midnight when we used it.

self check-in Room was ok but very basic Location is convenient to train, but not near the interesting parts of the city Also, I needed to make a reservation change 5 days in advance (advance time required per policy), so I replied to an email the host had sent me indicating the change. They did not reply for 2 days then said "too late"

Great BIG room with all necessities for a comfortable stay in 15 min walking distance to the city center and 3 min to Bologna Centrale train station. Self check-in with super detailed instructions. Perfect value for money!

The location was great. Short walk to the train station and short walk to the bus stop to get almost anywhere. Also at least my room was an interior room so the windows open was more quiet with no traffic. the wifi was horrible. I had to stand in my doorway, in the hallway or go downstairs for stronger signal. very difficult being an international traveler and not having accessible wifi. It's obiviously coming from a downstairs office and a repeater could easily be placed in the entrance to fix the problem.

Very convenient locatoin for the train station. Only spent one night here but it was comfortable and clean. Thanks for hosting us.

Location Very difficult to locate property my phone was playing up and difficult to contact owner, the property looked tired and the cost was very expensive for what you get, would we stay again definitely not.

Location is great very close to the train station and walking distance to the city centre. Elena was communicative and let us to put after and before we arrived. Thank you Elena!!

It is a standard experience. I did not see the management, but this seems to be the default these days. The entry to the property was described in easily understandable instructions. The flat was clean and had all the amenities. Overall excellent stay even if it was for a night.

The place is a 5 min walk from the central railway station and several bus stops, 30min walk to the city center. We found it really easily by the description sent. The room was spacious and clean, provided with everything needed for a 3-nights-stay. Even though it's so close to the busy central station area it was amazingly calm and quiet. One can get lovely nights' sleep. We didn't check out the breakfast included cos we wanted to try different cafes.
