The hotel is in a good location and the staff are kind and smiling

The cleanness wasn’t the best, in the bathroom are, specifically in the shower, there was not really cleaned.

On site parking was a bonus. Short walk to the downtown area, and very helpful staff. Nothing comes to mind.

It was the best choice for us with our car parked right there, in the hotel's parking lot.

The location was great, near the city center, markets, pharmacy and most importantly, safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was better than on pictures and very tidy.

Only locaciton this time. This is the second time i have been here. The first was last August, paid around 100euro for a queen bed room for me and my wife, we were totally satisfied. This time was only me and i paid over 100euros again just for twinbed 90*190cm in a much smaller room. Shower has to be improved, that’s too small that you can’t even move while washing yourself and the doors of shower can’t be kept closed that all water goes outside. Bed and bath is important.. Sorry this time was not ok.

The offered price did not contain the city tax. Parking is small, we were lucky to find an empty spot, otherwise we would have parked on the street(paid parking). Overall, a good hotel, but expensive.

I would expect more for that price, rooms on the pictures look nicer, breakfast was really poor.

Good location, good value for breakfast Room had an odor, perhaps was a smoking room once which i did not like. Uncomfortable bed.

While driving to France/Lyon from Ancona we have stopped in Bologna. We are lucky that we did stop there and found this hotel. The stay was extremely well, the bed was comfortable, shower was ok and about the breakfast.. ahh that was really good, clean and tasty. We left the hotel with lovely intentions. Actually i can’t find anything negative. Maybe the parking issue could be solved. There is a parking area but not big enough that we had to park our car on the street.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent (even some of the pastries were hand-made by an old lady). The bus stop was quite close to the hotel. There were some cheap grocery and Galetto stores around the hotel.
