The staff was very polite and professional, the room was very clean and very pleasing to look at, I had all the commodities offered. The breakfast table was stuffed with good food, too! Nothing in particular, actually.

Great location! The staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Nothing - this was my second stay here.

Nice breakfast menu and good coffee, the rooms are cleaned every day. The area where the hotel os located is not that safe. It's a 20 minutes walk to the city center. It was very cold in the room and smelled really bad, like mold.

Breakfast was nice and service quick and friendly, but expected some more of a 4-star hotel. A peaceful corner of the centre close to the lively Pratello streets with bars, cafes and good restaurants. Bed was good and balcony was a nice thing as the room is otherwise cramped. It is listed as a 4-star hotel but many things did meet what we expect at a 4-star hotel. Parts of interior/decoration seemed worn and outdated, some new stuff felt cheap. Most notable was the lack of sound isolation, not much privacy for a couple, could hear everthing from the corridor and lot from room next door. With a room at the back it was OK to sleep with window open.

Good breakfast, helpful hotel staff, there is an underground garage in the hotel. Location is good, close to city centre, all attractions are within walkable distance.

The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was decent enough. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The hotel is located in a rather shabby area of Bologna, around a 20-minute walk from the historic centre, which made returning at night less enjoyable than expected. The room itself was very small, the shower ridiculously tiny, and the bed extremely uncomfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. The system appeared very old and noisy, yet despite the constant racket it only blew out warm air. The result was two sleepless nights in an overheated room on an uncomfortable bed. Overall, this hotel is nowhere near what I would expect from a 4-star property, and certainly not good value for money. I would avoid it if possible.

It was a lovely stay and a great location for us. The room size for an American was small and unfortunately there was a slight sewer smell that was bad. The location was great and all else was very good. The breakfast was very good and the staff were all fabulous. The last item that was a bit concerning was paying the city tax in cash - this made it a bit difficult for us as we use a credit card only. The size of the room and smell of the sewer.

The hotel is located in a quiet street not far away from main attractions and walking distance from the center. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was good and the breakfast with good variety. The chair in the desk in the room could have been more comfortable.

Slightly far from the city center

The selection for breakfast was substantial. What I really liked (in comparison to our visit a year earlier) was that breakfast was served in the bar area which is well lit and has comfortable furniture, instead of the separate room in the back of the hotel which was rather non descriptive. Our room was very comfortable and there was very good water pressure when taking a shower. Please note that the shower is only 80cm wide, which some may find a little cramped.

The staff is very very friendly, smiling, helps with everything. Many thanks to Paola! The breakfast was 50% and 50% - jambon and coffee were very tasty. The location is some far from city center. I didn't like the breakfast, the croissants weren't fresh, the eggs weren't tasty. The staff in the restaurant were very nice.

Balcony Staff was kind but they can be more talkative to the guests during breakfast or check out and check in. Little converstation or asking me if everything was oke during my stay at the check out.

The room was very clean and everything worked well. The general atmosphere was welcoming. The breakfast would benefit from some healthy vegetarian options, like grilled/cooked vegetables, or boiled eggs (there are scrambled eggs), some spreads etc. Lots of sweet pastries, cakes, cornetti etc and bacon were available. Milk alternatives, e.g. for the available cereals or the Coffee would be a great addition. The hotel was a bit expensive for the facilities in the room.
