We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location in the heart of the old town is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Just around the corner is a long street full of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, while local markets are also within easy walking distance. The parking area is conveniently located just around the other corner, making arrival and departure very easy. I would highly recommend this hotel for both a one-night stay and a longer visit. It offers an excellent location and great convenience for anyone wanting to experience the charm of the old town. The only small suggestion I would make concerns the entrance. It is easy to miss because it consists of large wooden doors, and you need to ring the bell to be let inside. If you are expecting a typical hotel entrance with glass doors and a visible reception desk, you might walk right past it. It would be helpful if the hotel mentioned this in the welcome message sent to guests before arrival. Also, the reception is located on the fourth floor, so it is useful to know this in advance.

Great staff and location. Perfect for a quick stop in Bologna! Clean and comfortable with friendly staff! The host said it could get loud at night, but that didn’t seem to be much of a problem. It was a little warm in the room, even with AC, but great location and very accommodating and friendly hosts. Felt very safe.

Great location close to everything in Bologna. Aircondition. Clean (shared) bathroom very close to the room, was always available when we needed it and only shared between a few rooms. Could also leave our luggage on the last day before our evening flight. Elevator did not work a couple of times due to people in the building not closing the elevator doors properly.

I loved the place. Very clean, beds comfortable, the furniture was amazing, people at the reception were so kind and helpful, I encourage anyone going to Bologna to stay there. Nothing. There's no complain about anything.

The location is good. It had some charm. The elevator is cool but quirky. it’s on the fifth floor and the elevator is quirky. The elevator is one of the very old type in the middle of the staircase requiring you to get in and close the elevator and hatchway doors to operate the elevator. The problem is that if someone leaves the doors open then it doesn’t work. The biggest problem is that the bathrooms are down the hall and not in the room.

Staff accommodated our family in the fullest possibly ways. They placed our family of 6 in side by side rooms and with a shared bathroom. All staff were gracious and helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to stay for anyone! They had fruit and coffee accessible in lobby and clearly took pride in their facility and made our stay very pleasant. Nothing, all was perfect.

The address # we were given was 1 when it said 2 on the door. And instructions should have included the fact that there's note HOTEL listed above the door.

The shared bathrooms would seem to be a negative but in our stay we never had an issue. Don’t let the idea scare you away from a great hotel.

Didn't expect shared bathrooms but that wasn't much of an issue. The ZTL is confusing but they help you with it.

Large, comfortable room, free coffee from coffee machine, hot water pot, large clean bathrooms, nice management who made us feel welcome, good location. Cannot think of anything.

Renovation of facilities a bit needed

Entry after initial registration was OK Security - room "key" is a generic key blank, room could be opened by any guest with any room key. Website is totally misleading, room nothing like those claimed on website.

Poor insulation. Hard to sleep when neither guests partying in their room. I missed to read at reservation that the bathrooms are shared. Even 2 months in advance, they didn't agree to cancel my booking. I decided to go anyhow, and I don't regret because the location was awesome.

There wasn't any indicator at the entrance of the building as to which floor the hotel is so we had to check each floor.
