Star was super friendly and responded quickly to all my requests Room was small, all good overall but everything is not new. View to another building. Breakfast was good, but has very limited options of protein without meat (I don’t eat meat, if you do it’s perfect ?)

The hotel is new, the staff was very kind, breakfast and dinner very nice. Unfortunately, that was a big work in the avenue of the hotel, so the traffic was terrible and the access was compromised.

The location is very quiet. No issues with noise whatsoever. The room was cleaned every day. They are committed to reducing their carbon footprint, always a nice thing. I really want to emphasize how amazing the staff was. Courteous absolutely, helpful always. I had an issue and asked for their help, and I literally had four people making calls, using their own phones to resolve this for about 20 minutes. So appreciative of their assistance. There are plenty of good food places nearby. I would stay here again. Nothing

The staff are super efficient and professional. I’ve stayed for 7 days. The hotel is very comfortable, beautiful premium rooms, excellent breakfast included, has a cute terrace at the main floor, and the whole hotel is extremely clean. It has a boutique hotel vibe because it is small but the service of a big hotel. The only thing is that the tvs in the room aren’t smart tv but they said they are changing them soon…

Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant (I had dinner there) is a bit expensive - food was OK. Heat did not work in the room, they brought up a little space heater - which did work fine.

They charged me room tax and as per the colombian law toerist with immigration stamp for 90 are not to pay this tax i will contact the hotel as i am still in colombia abouth this

Is very modern and clean. I don’t think the location was great, it looks like is close to lots of offices but nothing to walk around to nearby.
