I wish the breskfast room was bigger with different breakfast options.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist booked us cars and was able to help out with any questions we had. The kitchen lady was polite and cooked a good breakfast in the morning. The location was not very good. Did not feel very safe and had to use UBER or Taxis everywhere. There was no good places to eat close by (except for a tacos place). The shower was extremely temperamental. Water was generally luke warm and if you werev lucky to get hot water it lasted only for 1-2 minutes and went icy cold. There was no hair dryer in the room.

Staff is friendly, the room was spacious, 24h desk. The only window in the room was in front of the other rooms' windows. Curtains had to stay closed all the time. Also, the main door and the garage are too noisy, so whenever someone arrived in the middle of the night they woke me with all the noise. There was no balcony, no desk, no coffee machine, no laptop safe, and no hand sanitizer. And, the worst: On my two last days, there was an interruption of water by the city. I understand that Bogota prefecture is doing it to save water, but the problem was no one told me we would be out of hot water, so you can imagine getting in the hotel to take a shower and there is only freezing cold water while the temperature is around 9-10C.

It was close to the Campín stadium The staff were super rude from the moment we got in. I smoked weed OUTSIDE on public property and they told me I couldn’t smoke weed or they would ask me to leave. They wouldn’t have said anything if it was a cigarette. They also entered my room unauthorized to retrieve my crying puppy. They didn’t attempt to call or txt me to alert me something was off. Just no, the hotel is run down and not the location they advertise. They texted me the night before to give me a different location

Doña Lady and her daughter, Michelle, were really helpful and friendly. They were always willing to help and to share a good chat with the client. I would definitely come back.

Perfect location for the Movistar Arena, the reason for selecting this hotel. Breakfast was sufficient but no choice was offered (hot chocolate, scrambled eggs, two croissants) and the cut off time for service was 09:00 which is relatively early in the morning.
