W Bogota

It’s a great hotel with all the amenities that you may need. Cool design, very comfortable rooms, spacious areas, the pool was such a nice treat at the end of the day touring the city. Staff was so professional and prepared to help with any request that we may have. They gave us great recommendations on things to do and restaurants to check out in the area. It’s not in a central area in Bogota, but around it there’s the Usaquen neighborhood where the streets come to life with vendors, jewelers, handcrafts and amazing curated restaurants and bars. Special thanks to Fabian as he was dedicated to helping us I and making us feel welcome and at home. amazing. Gracias! The restaurant food quality was ok. Not the best and for the price it should be better.

The accommodation charged me more than twice as much on my credit card as the amount of the invoice.

The hotel was comfortable and well-kept, and the booking.com website accurately detailed every aspect of the accommodation. We were quite pleased with the hotel and the staff's assistance. Even when I stepped outside the door to take a cigarette, the third floor staff members or security were constantly alert to make sure I was safe. The vegetarian breakfast menu was somewhat repetitious, with fewer alternatives. I was charged half the price of the accommodation for late checkout at 6 p.m., which I thought was a bit excessive.

The decor was excellent. The staff was very nice. The room cleanliness was exceptional. The beds were a bit stiff. The wifi and TV were ok but nothing amazing.

I asked for a 5 o'clock in the morning wake up call never received it and I woke up an hour late and I miss my flight and it cost me $487 I'm a little bit upset over it one simple thing to make 1 phone ring in 1 room at 5 o'clock in the morning and they could not do it could not do it to busy chit chat with each other I would suspect But so you know my other stays in Bogota I will not stay with W Bogota And when I told the staff that they didn't give me a wake up call they just looked at me like I was crazy or something something not even apologizing for missing the call and then charge me to take me to the airport late So overall I am not very happy with W Bogata
