A beautifully built property with a lot of character! Sprawling brick building, many courtyards and tastefully decorated. Staff was super attentive and polite. Breakfast was amazing! In our 3-day stay there, we couldn’t try it all what they served in breakfast. Location just across the road from Unicenter shopping mall with food options. Nothing to not like

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was always friendly, and the area felt very safe. We could go out at any time without any worries, and everything was within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants nearby with delicious food. Other than that, everything was truly fantastic, and we will definitely return to this hotel. One small suggestion would be to add a coffee machine or kettle in the rooms, so guests can make coffee or tea. It would also be great if Netflix were accessible on the TV and if there were more outlets available for charging devices.

Location is perfect From where my room was it got noisy in the middle of the night with the trash pick up in the back on the hotel

good breakfast The lady, who check-in us into the hotel when I arrived at 10 am, asked her to provide us with a room since we had traveled all night. (I had requested this since I made the reservation through BOOCKING.COM) She informed me that it was impossible, that until 12 noon, it was possible for them. We were in the cafeteria until 12. When I returned at 12 o'clock, the lady told me that it was impossible and in a discourteous way she told me no, that only until three o'clock and that I could not do anything. I had to leave the hotel a search how to solve and return at 6 pm to check in.
