service and breakfast. I was very disappointed when I arrived because the room had no hot water. I came in late and wanted a shower and I was asked to have the water running for 10 mins. When water did not run hot, I had to move to another room and it was the same story. I was not able to shower that night as the water was cold. The morning I was told that I needed to pay for an upgrade. I then said I would demand a refund, so they upgraded me to a nice room with hot water. The showers smell like mold.

I ordered a pick up from airport. But the driver didn’t show up after I arrived 40 minutes. I had to text or had someone to call them.

The bar music and food, very good noise the room.

Good location and breakfast. Friendly staff. The room was hot, and no AC. The gym was just OK. Some equipment in the gym is broken and all of it was very old.

Amazing location, very quiet and residential neighborhood nearby Zona T. Outstanding breakfast, wide variety of fruits, breads and meals. Staff is friendly and respectful. Great rooms, comfortable and modern. Everything was amazing. Nothing to add.

Breakfast was decent, bed was comfy, there are some really nice cafes in the neighborhood. The room got pretty hot during the day and the window was too small to really cool it down (plus the street right outside made leaving the window open over night not a great choice). The window was also pretty ugly, the shower was really strong and the air vent didn’t work, leaving the room all steamy (causing another problem with the small window).

Very easy to move around and safe. Rooms are quiet and smoke-free.

The location, restaurant and common areas. The room was too small. The view was to a building under construction (noise during almost all day) and noone in the reception notified this particular issue before assign the room.

The location is great becuse is very close to The Virrey Park The bathroom was dirty and not very clean. There is no ventilator for bathroom neither windows. Two days without HOT water There was no information in the booking page or any information about the charge or to pay money to stay with PETS and even if you pay the charge they never gives you a towell or bed to your PET. This situation was unffair
