The hotel is great, in general. The location is great, the staff is very helpful, and they have a great attitude. Flaws: they forget small requests, or it takes several days to fulfill them, such as two hand towels instead of one. The restaurant is pretty good, but I've often found the fruit to be rotten. It seems to me that they purchase second-quality fruit. Sometimes it tastes like pesticide. I think it lowers the status of the hotel

A little detail: there was no nightstand on my husband's side of the bed. It took 48 hours to get one.

The hotel is very well located, the bedrooms are roomy and very nice, and the staff is very nice and helpful. The only thing that I did not like was that the lamp on my night stand did not work, and it was fixed on the last day of my stay, in spite of the fact that they promised me every day to fix it immediately.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a nice neighborhood. The gym was dismantled. I expected something more like the pictures they present on their site.

Good location and breakfast. Good staff to. There isn’t a fitness center or spa. I decided for this hotel reading the description and looking the photos but the gym is totally incomplete, dirty and empty. I choose this hotel because the location and the gym but I couldn’t to use. It’s better to change the description and borrow the photos.

The location is excellent, the rooms have more than you expected, the hotel is very clean , the food is good and the staff is very kind.
