Look, it's comfortable enough but it's more like student housing. The wifi works very well. It is clean. It is safe. It's not organised as much as it could be. The cleaners run the place. Fair enough. But only one can communicate on a professional level and she is lovely. The others are lovely too but I strongly suggest that they are taught some basic good manners (please and thank you) and don't chase clients/guests for money when they have extended. Just ask in a pleasant way.... I did end up staying many more days as it was cheap but it's not homely.

If you're going to do errands at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, this is the closest and nicest value option. The staff will go the extra mile to help you in any way. Mrs. Milagros is extra attentive.
