The room is extremely small, for this amount of money. As well they gave us ground level room close to the kitchen and pool was very noisy and busy all day

Everything was really good except the cocktails. They were overpriced for what you get.

Excellent location. Comfortable room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a traditional Turkish breakfast with your choice of style of eggs (pancakes are extra), bread, cheeses, olives, cucumbers and various spreads. The hotel directly off the beach and beach promenade with easy access to many restaurants. The hotel has a beautiful pool that is used mostly by families with children. Nothing.

They didn’t clean the room every day ..

Had a lovely stay at Khai Hotel Bodrum. The staff were incredibly helpful and the service was great throughout. Loved being right on the beach – such a perfect spot to unwind for a few days. Quite quiet in the offseason

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 16-day stay at the Khai Hotel with our four-year-old twin girls and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the food is truly delicious, with breakfast being a particular highlight. Every member of the team treated us with genuine warmth and kindness, creating a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Firdevs, Batuhan, and Ramazan, whose exceptional hospitality made our holiday even more memorable. Our girls loved playing with them. We very much hope to return in the near future.

Warm and helpful personal, satisfying and delicious breakfast, good location and great sea! You can find a good bar and restaurant in the hotel but you can also discover the places nearby, as the hotel is located in an active and good location:) Hotel is new and has a very good interior design. Our room could be a bit bigger but it was functional and very clean. We enjoyed our time here and it was pretty comfortable with a little baby. I’d definitely recommend Khai to people looking for a chill and comfortable summer vacation :)

Clean, amazing beach, nice location The extra’s are extremely expensive. They should not charge the service fee at least for the customers staying in. That makes the extra’s even more expensive.

The location is good. The property looks nice. But no privacy The breakfast is very limited, small menu u have to pay for extras. No buffet. Price doesn’t equate to the value of service you receive

This is the most amazing hotel! The beach setting is beautiful, with fully serviced sun lounges on the hotel's own section of beach. Ortakent is a lovely, clean beach away from the crazy and crowded Bodrum town. The food at the hotel is some of the best we have ever had, especially the breakfast, kids' offerings, and vegetarian options. There are heaps of water front dining options within walking distance, but we ended up eating at the hotel every night as it was so good! The service is impeccable - attentive, friendly and catering well to our kids too. The swimming pool is great and a lovely spot to meet other guests. The amenities, service level, food, styling and communal spaces are comparable to a luxury resort, but with the exclusivity of a boutique hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but the shower itself is big with great water pressure and a huge shower head.

Hotel is right on the beach, a few restaurants around Rooms are very small, we stayed in a family room, second bedroom was more like a closet with no windows. No storage, small bathroom.
