MainStay Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash

No working phone in the room snd the mattress was very old and you can fill the springs on your body , our bodies were sore every morning. There was not to park at night always full. Will not stay there again.

Basic stay without bells and whistles. Convenient to my business destination.

Make no mistake, this is a budget focused facility so if you are expecting mints on your pillows or fancy soaps in the bathroom you will not be happy, but if you want a comfortable place to stay with great staff this is an excellent choice.

Everything worked including the wifi. Walkable if you put in some effort

A very nice extended stay hotel. Only stayed for the weekend to go to Kings Island. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will add to my rotation of hotels to check when going to Cincinnati.

The hotel was perfect for our needs while attending weekend wedding events.It is in an excellent Blue Ash location for Summit Park, golf, great restaurants, and even getting downtown Cincinnati was easy, etc. The property was clean, safe and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The woman who checked us in was one of the friendliest customer service employees we’ve met in Ohio. She was welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ve stayed at WoodSpring Suites before, but we actually preferred this Mainstay brand It offered more space, had a nicer layout with linoleum flooring, and just felt more comfortable overall. Considering the price, this was an excellent value, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Staff, and convenient location.

The wifi was very easy to connect. There was plenty of hot water. There were lots of cars in the parking lot so I expect they were pretty full during my visit but I couldn't tell inside. In my room and in the halls I didn't notice any noise.

Parking is never a problem. It's great having a full size fridge, microwave, cooktop and toaster in the room. The biggest and best asset to Main Stay Blue Ash is the staff. The staff is amazing! Kind, friendly, helpful and HONEST. On my most recent visit I accidentally left my wallet behind. Housekeeping found it and immediately took it to the manager. The manager immediately called me to report my wallet was found... and I hadn't even missed it yet. The manager put it in the Main Stay safe until I returned to pick it up. I'm not sure how many other places can boast of such an honest staff. It has always been the place I like to stay when in the area; and it will continue to be my go-to place. They don't serve breakfast or have a pool, but they make good use of what they do have. (There is a lovely outdoor seating area. And their large flowerpots with blooming flowers makes me feel welcome.) I appreciate their pricing reflects the lack of the extra amenities--they DO NOT price gouge. They charge reasonable, affordable prices. This may seem trivial to some, but I LOVE that I can take a soaking bath AND still watch the TV. (The design of the room is perfect for watching TV no matter where in the room you are.) Nice touch: they have small appliances you can borrow--in case you get the urge to use a slow-cooker for a meal. They're a convenient drive to a big mall, other shopping and restaurants.

The room was clean, didn't find anything nasty. There were a few cosmetic issue with the bathroom wall but it's wasn't impactful to the experience. I recommend staying here it was nice and quite. The large desk was my favorite part of the room!
