It was very nice of them to have the pool water warmer than my shower. I was able to use the pool as a bathtub and get the grease and grime off me. Worked great so thank you! Took the check in lady 20 minutes to even acknowledge me as she was on a phone and going back and forth to the office. She did such a great job too, as she was very attractive and talked so soft I had to lean way over the counter to get closer to her to hear her. Such a great stay.

Poor

Had to move into another room because the blackout curtain was missing from one of the windows. Breakfast is now $10 a person plus tax!!! What is that all about?? Saw families go to have breakfast and then find out they would have to pay. Just not a great experience.

Very nice hotel for vacationing, located close to a lot of stores and places to visit. Clean and comfortable, has a mini bar/restaurant on the main floor. Breakfast is not included in the hotel stay so plan to pay for the available breakfast. Staff were attentive and friendly.

I felt very comfortable at this property. It was a bit dated but the staff made up for it.

It was a very normal hotel. The person who checked us in was great!! But for being a "Hilton" and we had an actual King suite with the 2 rooms it was very basic. Nothing over the top. For $200 a night it should have some kind of "wow" factor to it. The Kcup coffee pot didn't work. The lamp in the living room was bent and crooked. The reading lamp on the one side of the bed was burnt out. The light switch in the bedroom wasn't connected to anything that we figure out. I sent my husband down for something at the desk and he was yelled at by the guy who was watching over the kitchen. Because the guy didn't know what my husband wanted. My husband was very upset. He actually told me it was an ok stay besides that dudes attitude. (The over night desk person wasn't there at that time yo give my husband the stuff I asked for) I was quoted a lower price on bookings.com but ended up paying full price. Thus isn't the first Hilton Garden Inn we've stayed at. It might have been an off weekend. We will be trying it again with another stay at another location.

My reservation was canceled due to a system outage so I wasn’t able to be checked in. Sam was the one who notified my family and I about the situation and was very dismissive. He basically told us there was nothing he could do and assumed that the system would return back on. We ended up leaving and was well taken care of by the Holiday Inn across the street. We initially had oxygen that was delivered to the Hilton Garden for my mother’s medical needs. We only went back to the Hilton Garden to return that oxygen and was told that the system did not come back up until 4 AM the next morning. My family and I understood that this was something that occurred out of their control, but it was handled poorly and the customer service was nonexistent. We will not be back.

Break fast was good need to add more choice for vegetarian food.

Worked great for our quick stop to rest.

This hotel was very nice and quiet and easy parking and close to shopping and dining. Very nice and we will stay there again. The staff overall was helpful. The main manager wasn't that friendly, but she was helpful, but her subordinate was both.

No free breakfast.

It was clean It was nice no real issues

I have yet to find a hotel that has bright enough lights for applying makeup. This hotel didn’t have a complimentary breakfast. It cost $10 per person, the potatoes were cold, but the scrambled eggs, sausage links, and bacon were better than many others. I would stay there again if the occasion arose and bring my own makeup mirror.

The hotel room was clean and, most importantly, well air conditioned. The hotel seemed understaffed. No was was at reception when I arrived or departed.
