Pancake machine didn't work right. Told manager about loud mowing next door at Walmart ,& that it started at 7 am! She was going to notify her supervisor.

The whole place was very clean and the front desk staff was very nice. The room was very clean and had a very nice set up to it. Breakfast was sufficient.

The night staff was very accommodating and even offered to bring me utensils so that I would not have to walk any further than I needed to. My husband and I are both limited in our ability to walk long distances. The whole staff was very pleasant and helpful! Hotel was clean and conveniently located to some shops/restaurants. Will stay again next time we are in town.

Property was clean, updated and well maintained. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Coffee is available 24/7 freshly made on demand. Well worth every dime I paid.

Spacious parking lot. Walkable area. All areas of the hotel including room were very clean. Breakfast was free and offered many choices. All staff members were friendly especially Mary at the front desk.

Good location and easy access to freeway By 8 pm the pool had been over taken by about 25 drunk adults that sat around the side and made fun of the way my 9 and 11 year old daughters swam. They played loud inappropriate music and screamed at each other. We were forced to leave and staff was notified. At the same time the lobby had about 14 drunk adults laughing and shouting while their children ran behind the check in desk and threw food around. The electricity in our room went out at 4 am and did not get turned back on until 5:45 am.

Ok hotel, just never had a holiday inn that smelled so unpleasant. The odor was too much. Rooms could be cleaned better, specifically the bathroom floor.

Great service when checking in, the lady was very helpful and kind. We were tired after a almost 600 miles on the motorcycles yesterday. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable.

Back of property was secluded and no heavy traffic or railroads near by. Nice seating area off dining area. Centrally located to meet or needs.
