The room was comfortable and met pur needs. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the breakfast was excellent The shower in our room was hot and we tried to change the temperature but was still hot

The e-mail communication was clear and responded promptly. Nice welcome when we arrived even though it was after 11pm. Room perfectly acceptable for our needs - bed very comfortable! Good breakfast and plenty of it - service from Wayne first class. Staff always available if needed.

Location was ideal for the seafront. Beds were fairly comfortable. The shower didnt seem to get hot, same with the sink tap. Tv wouldn't link to the hotel WiFi as signal is poor.

Its a perfect location in blackpool close to the tower and north end attractions. The Couple that run it was very helpful. The full english breakfast was very nice. Very good for the price we paid. We will definatley come back to this b and b when up blackpool again. Not much really.
