I had a room advertised as having a "private bathroom". However this was stretching the definition. The toilet and sink were in the room, however the shower room was along the corridor two rooms down.

Breakfast wasn't available at the property at all so I can't comment on that. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the room which I appreciated. There was a bar area downstairs but it looked like the actual bar had permanently closed and hadn't been used to serve drinks for some time. But not a big deal. You are allowed to eat take away food in the downstairs "bar" area but not in the rooms, which is fair enough I suppose. I had a room advertised as having a "private bathroom". It is in a good location to the Town I did ask for a lower floor ( has I suffer with my knees & hip) but the room was small with a double bed

Very friendly and welcoming. Helpful and on hand if needed. Close to all amenities Would definitely stay again. Absolutely nothing

Twice I have stayed here and it is the so quiet! Again a really good sleep which is rare in Blackpool ? Nothing at all
