The mattress dipped in the middle - not great on the back. Sound-proofing between rooms is very poor.

The breakfast each day was well prepared and filling and set me up for the day. The service was quick and efficient each day and the dining room was in a good location. x

lovely stay breakfast very nice and also the owner was nice and helpful room very clean and good size for single room i my only compliant would be the bedding the bed had water proof sheet on it that i found made me feel clammy. also curtains could have been a bit darker as let a lot of light into the room from early morning

Very clean, good breakfast, host and family very friendly It walk fine one thing that would put sone people off was the litter outside the hotel. Not down to them but it did look messy

Not much , 120 for two nights two people was the only acceptable thing Shower was terrible ,, cold !! Then hot mostly cold tho like ran out of hot water just look warm ! No included breakfast ! Had to put £50 deposit but only had £30 cash on me wouldn’t be handed the keys until walked the bank about 5 mins away after a 2.5 hour drive didn’t really want be doing that as was tired ,, found some dirty socks , tissues and eye masks in the room which indicated not cleaned very well,, or even a complimentary biscuit to go with a brew in the morning, and the milk and sugars didn’t even get replenished !!

Good value for money and location and very nice cooked full English breakfast. Just the area and blackpool in general needs tidying up, looking tired, which is no reflection on the hotel.

Really helpful and friendly host . Very clean,comfortable, warm, good shower and breakfast .It’s a fair walk to the centre, which was fine for us , but perhaps not everyone, plus side of that it was very quiet so got a decent nights sleep .

Good breakfast. Not four star, at best two star. Small room. Franco ringing me, asking what time of my arrival. Long delays on M6, but still arrived at 3.30pm. Rest of family arrived at 7.30pm (Traffic also) Prompt breakfast times, 9.00 for all guests

Nice clean room and very near the seafront. Friendly staff too.

Franco and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect to jump on a tram to get to the centre but easily walkable too if the weather is right!
