The Beeches Hotel

Location to everything was great, room was comfortable, management were great. Hotel was clean and had a very nice smell. Room a little small, however great price so not complaining.

Location was great,easy to access trams and buses. The room was a bit small as was the bed,other than that it was fine.

Recently taken over by new owner so early days to assess properly. However the manager was friendly and our room was basic but very clean and comfortable for a one night stay.

Closeness to the town centre They had only just taken over so it wasn't very good the breakfast was greasy rooms were dusty

The location is brilliant especially if you have kids its walking distance to everything. Parked at the multi storey which was minutes walk away and good value and all entertainment and beach is a walk away. Even supermarkets are within a short walk away. Kyle was super friendly and accommodating. I cant fault anything. It was great value for money.

Lovely friendly welcome from Kyle and Charlie made me and my family very welcome from arrival and during our stay was very attentive to our needs. Nothing it was a lovely pleasant stay and location is fab x

Fresh bright decor in the living room / bar / reception area when you enter, very warm and friendly hosts (Geoff was very accommodating with my late request to bring my nephew and was on hand to help wherever we needed, such as taking our bags early for the day and letting us leave them on the day of checkout). Could have used a plug point a little higher up for my nephew on the top bunk, maybe a mini-fridge in the room but that's perhaps unrealistic given price

Hotel is in a great location, a stone throw away from so many activities and you can come and go at all hours with the code and key provided. Really comfortable bed and a good shower. A fridge and Safe provided in the room with good wardrobe space. The WiFi connection was very touch and go and if I lost connection it would take ages of moving around to reconnect.

Don't honestly understand the negative reviews being left on The Beeches We had room 4 plenty room and ideally placed for the Rebellion festival. Geoff and the other staff could not have done any more for us. Don't the believe the negative ratings it's all lies not sure what those people expected ,a five star ? Only issue i had was the lights at the front door weren't working so difficult seeing the keypad for gaining access but apart from that it was brilliant

Nothing at all I was turned away at the property at 4pm with some excuse about electrical faults. I was told I would receive a full refund. Nothing. I requested a refund from property which had been ignored. I get messages saying I hope you enjoyed the stay I didn’t have ! Absolute con men run this hotel. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE. Thia had been escalated to booking.com for my money back !!!!! I was also not the only one they did this to on the 7th Aug. Thieves and Con men run it
